This series consists of six modules designed to put the human at the centre when approaching errors. The modules will take you through a journey from the cognitive and emotional harm created by the traditional approach to errors to the importance of recognising self-compassion, the power of language, and celebrating daily successes.
The course is delivered online in a modular format as above, with specific dates for the live interactive workshops. Each module includes:
- 1 x 30-minute recording – covering the theory and concepts
- 1 x live, interactive workshop (45 mins, delivered online) - delving deeper and exploring tools to help individuals and teams when faced with errors or perceived errors.

What's included?
- 6 modules - covering the flaws in the traditional approach to error and exploring new ways to respond using the power of language, leadership and showing compassion for self and others
- Interactive, live virtual sessions with support from trainers and peers
- 7.5 hours of live and recorded CPD, with additional self-directed learning encouraged

It's ideal to attend all of the live sessions. However, we wouldn't recommend missing more than one session, as this will impact the benefit you gain from the course.
