The structure of the course is ideal, as it is modular and flexible, with high-quality webinars. The program fits around the realities of busy practice life, which made it accessible and sustainable for us. The topics are relevant and practical, and the flexibility allowed each of us to focus on what we personally find most challenging about our leadership roles.

The program has made us more aware of our own values and how we want those values to show up in our leadership as well as helped align the leadership team. We feel more united, more self-aware, and better equipped to support our teams.

FAQs
Yes! This programme is intended for individuals who want to work on their leadership skills. That's not to say the programme won't be beneficial if you enrol with a colleague or two, though! If you can't gather enough leaders within your practice who want to take part in the standard Leadership Programme, then this course is perfect for you.
The programme consists of 8 modules, each lasting 4-5 weeks. A module requires about 3.5-4hrs (additional time for any coaching that is requested). The live session with the VetLed team is 45 minutes and is booked in advance. The other components of the module can be completed at your own pace each month.
Most of the content can be done in your own time as it is recorded, self-reflection or paired work. The live workshop (and coaching if applicable) is the only session in each module that is live. Whilst we strongly encourage participants to attend all of these live sessions, if one or two are missed, this would not adversely impact the ability to continue the programme.
Paired sessions provide the opportunity to apply the module content intentionally with another person in your team/group. Furthermore, the paired sessions are intentionally designed to help you start to practise the leadership skills learnt that month with each other. You will be provided with a framework and guidelines for these sessions.
