  • Do I have to have a practice observation day before booking a training session with you?
No, not at all! An observation day is a great way to get an overall picture of how your workplace operates in respect to Human Factors and can help you see the areas to prioritise, but we can also talk through your situation with you in a consultation call and make suggestions for training and workshops which may suit you.
  • Do I have to be a member to use VetLed's services?
No. VetLed memberships are ideal for those who want regular and continued support, but we also provide one-off training sessions, online courses and ad-hoc support if you prefer. Just contact us to discuss your needs.
  • Can I book to you speak at my event?
Absolutely! The VetLed team are experienced at speaking at events of all sizes, both in the UK and internationally. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
  • My practice isn't in the UK, can I still use VetLed's services?
Absolutely! We also provide a number of on-demand online courses which can be accessed at your convenience no matter where in the world you are. These can be found here.
  • I'm not a vet or nurse, is your training relevant to non-clinical team members?

  • Do I have to be a member to attend your conference?
No, everybody and anybody is welcome to attend our conference. If you aren't too familiar with Human Factors, our conference can be the best place start and we actively encourage those who are new to the field to attend.
  • Why should I invest in non-clinical CPD instead of in my clinical skills/training?
As veterinary teams we have excellent an clinical skillset, but there is often a metaphorical "gap" between having the skills, and being able to most effectively deliver those skills to our patients. By applying scientific methods to both the human side and the systems behind veterinary practice, performance can be improved. This training improves wellbeing in the team, patient safety and outcomes and overall performance in practice. Learning doesn't end with simply having great clinical knowledge and skill...! Let us show you why...!
  • Does VetLed content count towards my RCVS CPD obligation for continued education?
    Yes, it does!
  • Can I download a certificate of completion for your courses & webinars?
After completion of any of our online courses you will automatically be provided with a certificate of completion. If you would like a CPD certificate for attending one of our webinars or other events, please contact us via info@vetled.co.uk to request one.
  • Can I request an invoice to give to my employer?
If you have paid for our services online, you should have received your invoice via email. However, if this is not the case or you need one for our other services, please email info@vetled.co.uk and we will be able to do this for you.
